“SO – How DO You Breathe In Compassion?”

Hello Beautiful Soul!

I have a practice where I breathe in what it is I want and exhale what I don’t want and will repeatedly inhale and exhale with full intention through out my day.  Today’s intention is related to compassion and judgement.

I posted my thought on facebook and received emails from folks asking “How do you breathe in compassion?”  “What do you mean by that?”
